Welcome to BuysideResources Executive Search & Strategic Advisory Internship Program

> BuysideResources has been working with interns since its inception in January 2004. We have continued to offer internships for interns with backgrounds in economics, business management, information technology, communication and international relations with the opportunity to work within a fast paced, boutique entrepreneurial setting. All interns are reviewed with both the managing director of BuysideResources and the corresponding intern advisor of the prospective interns school and/or university (intake period) in order to identify a relevant internship project which meets curriculum requirements and as well serves as an improvement topic for BuysideResources. We also take the time to determine with the school intern advisor if the prospective intern has the right personality to endure an internship within a work environment which requires an ability to work independently and under the pressure of deadlines. BuysideResources only works with interns who possess the requisite level of personal maturity, responsibility and confidence to work within this challenging environment.

Interns are actively solicited via Stageplaza (www.stageplaza.nl) or are directly referred to us via a former intern or intern school advisor. BuysideResources views education as a core building block for its entire staff and takes very seriously the internship programs which our firm actively manages during an internship period. On average, a BuysideResources internship will last a period of 6 months.
