No. BuysideResources is an independent professionally retained executive search organization acting freely within the global Asset Management industry. BsR is currently applying for membership with the AESC (Association of Executive Search Consultants-www.aesc.org). Our membership is currently under review and we expect our charter by late 2009.
4. Are your searches confidential in the marketplace?
All search work for our clients is considered confidential before we enter the market with a specific search campaign. BsR receives strict communication instructions from our clients in order to ensure the engagement with the marketing communications is accurate and in the best interests of our clients. 5. Do I have to pay a fee for your services?
BsR is fully compensated via its clients and working affiliates in the marketplace. Candidates who work with BsR may at times require reimbursement due to travel arrangements when visiting BsR clients due to interviews or communication arrangements set between BsR, the client and the candidate and this will be clarified and set forth up front with each candidate. 6. What happens after I have registered?
After you have registered with BuysideResources, we will send you a complimentary email signaling our receipt of your registration and providing you when necessary with an appropriate log in information via a registered password. Please note, that NOT all candidates will receive a registered log in password.
7. How can I update my membership profile?
Once you have completed registration you may update or edit your profile as often as you like by logging into our database.
8. How will I hear about new job opportunities?
For candidates inquiring new career opportunities in the open market, please consider calling one of the consultants directly. Consultant contacts can be found on our website. BsR does NOT advertise, distribute nor post job bulletins on its website. For specific ongoing assignment and search campaigns in which BsR is active, you will need to inquire directly with one of our consultants.
