BuysideResources strategic advisory segment is an area which we are continuing to develop and explore with our clients and candidates when we see viable opportunities that make sense. We acknowledge that BsR core activity remains on the executive search front; however we do view this added value offering to our clients as invaluable part of our service offering and unique selling point. With the joining of Pieter van Daalen as a Senior Advisor and with his wealth of expertise and experience within the asset management landscape in Europe we do hope to achieve a greater penetration into assignments with a strategic advisory offering.
Advisory Contracts Track Record:
■ Advised candidate on joining a global commercial bank in their efforts to develop an entry into Nigeria.
■ Interactive Workshop for Human Resources and Line Management Partnership (in association with TriMaster & HR Primair) for one of the worlds largest Pension Funds. Series ran between 2005-2007.
■ Advised a large American global asset manager on looking at its entry strategy into the Dutch Institutional Market.
